Hai... time passes real fast when you're working... guess its been already 3 weeks since i joined TTSH... but i still feel new to the place. Everything is still alien to me and guess i cannot use the 'i am new here' excuse for my wrong doings anymore.

Had 3 peeps into outpatient pharmacy to collect medications inwhich IP does not have. The pharmacy there is really big compared to NUH, and i find that it is more systematic in TTSH. They had people stationed at the prescription counter, a few solely for the typing of scripts, 2 or 3 packers at each gondola, and a few checkers. Printers are stationed at each gondola, solely printing labels for the drugs that are in that gondola, and the packers will pack the medication and then throw it into a conveyor belt where it will bring it to the checkers area. I think this method is so much better than having to pack one whole script by yourself, meaning that you have to walk all over the pharmacy just to get the medication for that particular patient.

Finally got to do the collection of medication from OP by myself on saturday. I wonder how many of my school mates are working in TTSH, saw sharifah yesterday in OP. Both of us were shocked to see each other... hahaha.... guess soon the whole place will be run by students from TP. However, i'm the only one posted to IP to work. I think i'm fortunate enough to be working in IP. It is not so tough working there and the atmosphere in IP is much better, less stressful in there. We were able to talk, laugh and eat there when we want to, as long as we do our work properly, however it seems that those in the OP are not allowed to that, i saw their solemn faces when i went to OP to collect medications.

Finally one outing with my old school mates.... Am so happy that they do still consider me for their outings unlike some others whom i consider to be very close to me. Those unfaithful friends are not worth my thinking of them. Had a great dinner with shirley, hui xuan and meifang at seoul garden in orchard road. Mostly, we chatted about our working conditions in both TTSH and IMH. I wish i could be in IMH too, by the sounds of their description of their working place. Although they work until 6.30pm everyday, but they do not need to work on Saturdays, probably only once a month or so. I wish it is the same in TTSH but that is unlikely to happen. To add on to my jealousy, both hui xuan and shirly are already working as PTs now! And hui xuan has not even been confirmed as a permanent staff yet! What a lucky gal she is! A temporary staff, getting a permanant staff pay...awww.... whish that i was the one who got all these luck!

It's a mistake to talk about everything and anything in this blog... didn't know that people would bother to read the entire story that i type in each week... and now i guess some have 'wu hui' my intentions already. Just because i find him nice looking, slightly better looking than the guys that i saw everyday in the MRT, doesn't mean that i like him!!! He doesn't even resembles my dream guy that i have been looking for. My dream guy definitely has to be a humble person! no boasting around showing off their 'super' knowledge and wealth to other people! haha... saw one in TP when i was in orientation, but guess my hopes of seeing him again is zero, since i'm already working, and i will not be able to go back to school anymore. hai....
